HOW LONG WILL MY CHOCOLATE LAST?
Hopefully not long! If you do want to keep them a little longer or give them as a gift our truffles are best enjoyed within 12 weeks. This is because they are made fresh to order and we don't use any preservatives! However, as with any freshly made products they are best eaten straight away.
Chocolate is best at room temperature (not the fridge!) but please keep them away from humid or warm environments. We don't recommend you freeze your truffles as this will affect the quality of the chocolate.
Chocolate bars and confectionary will keep for up to 6 months.
ARE YOU A FULLY VEGAN COMPANY?
YES! We are both vegan and have been for the past 7 years. Trupig Vegan has always been and will always be a fully vegan company as animal welfare is at the heart of everything we do. Whilst we can guarantee we are a fully vegan kitchen and take every care to ensure no animals products are ever in our production process we can't guarantee our suppliers take the same care as they may use milk products in their factories causing trace amounts of cross-contamination.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Online payments can be made using Paypal or with most Credit or Debit cards via Stripe.
WHEN WILL MY CHOCOLATE BE SENT?
All products are handmade to order. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be posted. If you need your order for a certain date, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate but we can't guarantee orders will arrive on a certain date.
HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT?
All items are sent First Class via Royal Mail. This service takes 1-2 working days from dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been posted.
HOW WILL MY CHOCOLATE BE PACKAGED?
All products come beautifully packaged and ready to gift. If you would like to add a message to your order just let us know in the comments box.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
As each item is custom and individually handmade, we do not offer refunds. It is your responsibility once you have placed your order to accept collection of the item(s) and if they are unable to deliver it, we are not liable. We will refund items that are lost in the post provided the 3 weeks timeframe has elasped.
